Rich Boornazian – Senior Vice President
Drawing on a background spanning more than 30 years in
technology and information services, in addition to over 15 years of executive
level management experience, Mr. Richard Boornazian became the Senior Vice
President of Rx Solutions International Inc., in 2002. Mr. Boornazian provides
strategic guidance and operational expertise at Rx Solutions/BTS Laboratories,
as well as managing all IT functions, procurement, and direction of the
fulfillment center. Since joining the Rx Solutions team, Mr. Boornazian has
utilized his vision, executive leadership, unique ability to align IT goals
with business objectives, and global-thinking management approach to
distinguish Rx Solutions/BTS Labs among its peers in the industry. Mr.
Boornazian holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University and an MBA
from George Washington University.
Julie A. Dickerson – Laboratory Director
Ms. Dickerson manages daily operations and interfaces with all
lab managers, customer service, technical, and administrative personnel. In
addition to providing overall direction and leadership for assigned directives,
Ms. Dickerson is also responsible for facilities management and maintenance of
accreditation, regulatory and licensure requirements. Ms. Dickerson has
extensive experience in analytical and inorganic chemistry and a strong
background in management. She holds an American Chemical Society certified
Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with Mathematics minor from Salisbury
State University.
Clint Jones – CIH
Clint Jones is a Board Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) with
20 years combined experience in indoor air quality, environmental concerns,
analytical laboratory practice, occupational safety, health, and industrial
hygiene. Mr. Jones is responsible for project oversight for residential and
commercial mold and indoor air quality investigations, as well as site
assessments and laboratory data interpretation. He holds a Bachelor of Science
in Chemistry from The University of South Alabama.Pathology, Cornell
University.
Michele Estep – Chemistry Lab Manager
Ms. Estep has extensive experience in laboratory supervision,
analytical chemistry and previous experience as a research assistant at the
Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She is responsible for the daily
operations of the chemistry laboratory including quality control by ensuring
personnel are following the standard operating procedures. She also
monitors that strict safety policies are followed and the lab is meeting sample
turn around time requirements. Ms. Estep holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University.
Laura Carson – Microbiology Lab Manager
Laura Carson manages all microbiology laboratory functions and
supervises staff to ensure compliance to all regulatory and procedural
processes. Ms. Carson’s responsibilities also include management of lab systems
including QA/QC and laboratory safety. In addition to microbial training from
University of Maryland, College Park, she holds a Bachelor of Science in
Biology from Florida International University.
Diane Klein – Administrative/Support Manager
Ms. Klein trained at Cove Corp as a marine lab technician
performing invertebrate identification and analysis. She studied at
Charles County Community College in Medical Transcription and received a
certificate and worked as a Medical Correspondence Clerk at Calvert Memorial
Hospital. Ms. Klein is instrumental in the daily administrative
operations of the laboratory and is responsible for sample receiving, sample
processing, quality assurance, report processing and customer service.
